We understand that plans change. Please read the cancellation policy below carefully before enrolling your child in a Wild Earth Kids program.

Spring Break Camp Cancellation Policy

• Full refund (minus a 5% processing fee) for cancellations made on or before February 14, 2026
• 50% refund (minus a 5% processing fee) for cancellations made on or before February 28, 2026
• No refunds for cancellations made after February 28, 2026

Summer Camp Cancellation Policy

• Full refund (minus a 5% processing fee) for cancellations made on or before March 31, 2026
• 50% refund (minus a 5% processing fee) for cancellations made on or before April 15, 2026
• No refunds for cancellations made after April 15, 2026

How to Cancel

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.
The date and time your email is received determines refund eligibility.

Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
• A 5% processing fee is deducted from all refunded amounts
• Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to process after confirmation

Transfers and Credits

When space allows, families may request to:

• Transfer enrollment to another available camp week, or
• Apply the balance as a credit toward a future Wild Earth Kids program

All transfers and credits are subject to availability and must be requested before the no-refund deadline.

Illness, Absences, and Early Withdrawal

Refunds cannot be provided for:

• Illness or injury
• Missed camp days
• Late arrivals or early pick-ups
• Schedule changes after a camp has begun

Weather and Program Changes

Wild Earth Kids programs run rain or shine, except in cases where safety requires cancellation.
If Wild Earth Kids must cancel a camp week, families will receive a full refund or credit.

Agreement

By enrolling your child in a Wild Earth Kids program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this cancellation policy.
